Hi! Thanks for all the great recipes on your website. Are there any spicy foods in Greek cuisine? Or how are some ways I can make dishes spicy? Any suggestions?

Hi and thanks for message...one of our spicy staples is called "tirokafteri". It is a mix of two parts of feta cheese, one part of organic plain yogurt and a little bit of fresh cream. You are looking for a creamy consistency but not too thin. Finally add some crushed red hot chilli peppers as well as some hot paprika. We use this as an appetizer with good sourdough bread to dip. You can also use the "tirokafteri" to stuff roasted sweet red peppers. Once you stuff them cut them in thick slices and serve them over fresh arugula. Drizzle some good olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
