Hello from a new comer to the forum, and to the Greek cuisine. Wanted to say hi and thank you for all the recipes on your website.
I'm now living in LA California, and I'm not really at cooking complicated stuff. so I wonder if there's any easy recipe that I can learn with common ingredients in supermarkets?
Thank you!

Greece and Southern California have similar climate and similar produce. An easy way to prepare dinner in less than 20 minutes. You can use a fillet of chicken breast or fish. Rub with olive oil, sea salt, freshly ground pepper, cumin and any fresh herb you prefer, rosemary or basil. Heat a heavy saute pan and saute the fillet for 3-4 minutes on each side. Put out with fresh lemon juice. Cover with lid and allow to steam for another 2 minutes. Serve over a bed of fresh arugula, pine nuts and cherry tomatoes. Drizzle some organic olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Invest in ogranic olive oil and a heavy saute pan, Enjoy and best cooking wishes with lot's of olive oil eleni

Thanks for the reply! Just bought some chicken a few days ago, and guess I'll try this recipe over the weekend. And now I do see that olive oil is the soul of Greek food, haha
